BEEF STEAK WITH LEMON CREAM SAUCE

Steps:
- Marinate the beef slices with the steak sauce, ginger and garlic pastes, salt and pepper.
- Refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
- When ready to serve, fry or grill them until done.
- Drain on clean paper kitchen napkins and keep aside.
- To prepare the lemon cream sauce, heat butter and oil in a pan.
- Add garlic and stir-fry briefly (for a minute) until the raw smell is gone.
- Add mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from flame.
- Keep aside.
- Mix all the other ingredients mentioned under'To be mixed together' in a bowl.
- Refrigerate until serving time.
- When its time to serve, add these ingredients to the pan of mushrooms.
- Mix well.
- Bring to a boil, stirring continuously, until the sauce is slightly thick and ready.
- Serve hot with the beef steak, crisp garlic bread and fried potato wedges for a complete meal.

- Cook steaks in butter in large skillet on medium heat 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Add cream, milk, flour and thyme to skillet; stir until well blended. Cook on medium-high heat until mixture comes to boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in steak sauce. Serve over steaks.

- Place a cast iron or any heavy duty oven-proof skillet in the oven then set the oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
- While the oven heats up, drizzle vegetable oil or olive oil on both sides of the steak then season with salt and pepper. Next, start on the sauce.
- Add the heavy whipping cream, butter, Parmesan cheese in a sauce pan over medium high heat. Cook, whisking frequently about 2 minutes. Add the lemon juice mix well.
