- 1. Place butter into large coffee mug; microwave 30-45 seconds or until melted. Add all remaining cake ingredients except sprinkles; mix well with fork. Stir in sprinkles. 2. Microwave 60-90 seconds or until cake pulls away from sides and top is dry. (Do not overcook.) Cool slightly. 3. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, as desired. Makes 1 serving.
MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE
This is my own version of the chocolate microwave mug cake. This chocolaty fudgy treat is truly decadent and great for nights when I need a yummy dessert that is ready in less than 10 minutes! Chocolate chips make this recipe even better.
