Banana Caramel Tiramisu image

Steps:

  • 1. Combine pudding mix and cold milk in a medium bowl and whisk to thicken. Add 1/3 cup Marzetti Caramel Apple Dip and sour cream and whisk to combine. Fold in whipped topping. Dip 15 ladyfingers in orange juice and arrange one layer of soaked fingers in a 9" x 11" dish. Spread 1/2 cup Caramel Apple Dip on top of ladyfingers. Spoon half of cream mixture over caramel and spread into an even layer; top with half of banana slices. Repeat process with remaining ingredients.
  • 2. For topping, spread whipped topping over all, drizzle with Caramel Apple Dip and sprinkle with cinnamon.

1 1/3 c marzetti® old fashioned caramel dip, or whatever caramel dip you want
1 3.4 oz package instant banana pudding mix
1 c cold milk
1/2 c sour cream
2 c whipped topping
30 ladyfinger cookies
1 c orange juice
2 large large ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
TOPPING
1 1/2 c whipped topping
ground cinnamon

Bananas in Caramel Sauce image

Steps:

  • Melt butter in a large, heavy skillet over medium heat. Stir in sugar and cook, stirring, until sugar is melted and light brown. Slowly stir in the cream (mixture will bubble up).
  • Let mixture boil 1 minute, then reduce heat to low. Place the bananas in the pan and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes. Serve hot.

Caramel Citrus Tiramisu image

Steps:

  • In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of the sugar and 1/4 cup of water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Increase heat to high and boil, without stirring until syrup turns a deep caramel color (watch carefully so it doesn't burn). Remove from heat, and while whisking, carefully pour in 3/4 cup of the cream the half of the vanilla; whisk until blended. Let cool.
  • Grate tangerines to make 1 1/2 teaspoons zest; set aside. Squeeze juice from 3 tangerines; reserve. Cut peel and white pith from remaining tangerines. Holding tangerine over a bowl, cut segments from between membranes. Strain juice from segments and add to reserved juice, Set segments and juice aside.
  • Stir 1 cup of the caramel sauce and tangerine and lemon zest into Mascarpone cheese. In a chilled bowl, whip remaining cream to soft peaks. Beat in remaining sugar, vanilla and the cornstarch until firm peaks form.
  • Layer half of the lady fingers in a dish. Drizzle with half of the reserved juice. Spread with half of the Mascarpone mixture; top with one-third of whipped cream. Repeat layers ending with whipped cream. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or for up to 1 day. Cover and refrigerate remaining caramel sauce and tangerine segments separately.
  • Just before serving arrange remaining tangerine segments decoratively on top of tiramisu and drizzle wirh caramel sauce. Garnish with fresh mint.
