Steps:
- Put the potatoes in a large saucepan of boiling water and cook for about 15 mins until tender. Meanwhile, heat the milk in a saucepan, then set aside. Melt the butter in a medium-sized saucepan over a low heat. Stir in the flour and the mustard powder, cook for 1 min or so, then start to ladle in the hot milk, stirring as you pour, until it's all added. Cook for a further 10 mins until you have a smooth sauce. Stir in most of the cheddar until fully melted into the sauce. Season with the paprika, cayenne and a little salt and pepper.
- Put the potatoes in a small ovenproof dish, spoon over the cheese sauce and sprinkle with the remaining cheddar. Can be prepared a day ahead and kept covered in the fridge. Place in the oven alongside the fish and cook until bubbling and golden.

- Heat oven to 375°F. In ungreased 1-quart casserole, mix hot water, milk, 2 tablespoons butter and the mashed potato mix. Cover with plastic wrap, turning back one side to vent steam. Microwave on High 2 to 4 minutes or until moistened.
- Whip potatoes with fork until fluffy; stir in chives. Smooth top of potato mixture with rubber spatula.
- Crush crackers. In small bowl, mix crushed crackers, cheese and 2 tablespoons melted butter; sprinkle over top of potatoes.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are hot and topping is crisp.

- Mix milk and bread crumbs.
- Sprinkle liberally with Accent (if allergic-omit it) Beat in the egg, salt, mustard, pepper and onion.
- Mix ground beef in with a fork.
- Turn into a 9-inch pie plate and bake at 350F oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven an top with cheese and mashed potatoes.
- Return to the oven for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the potatoes are just barely starting to turn golden.
