Cheesy Chicken Subs Recipes
CHICKEN & CHEESE SUB SANDWICHES
When a sub recipe begins with crisp, skillet-cooked bacon, it's probably a winner! That's certainly true of this chicken-and-cheese sandwich.

Steps:
- Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet, reserving 1 Tbsp. drippings in skillet. Drain bacon on paper towels.
- Add chicken to reserved drippings in skillet; cook 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (165ºF.) Top with Singles; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 1 min. or until Singles are melted.
- Spread baguette pieces with mayo; fill with chicken, bacon, lettuce and tomatoes. Serve with barbecue sauce.

Steps:
- Combine first four ingredients; mix well.
- Spread about 2 tablespoons cheese misture on each bagel half.
- Place 2 sandwich halves at a time on a paper towel in the microwave.
- Microwave on high for 30 to 60 seconds or until hot.
- Cheese may not appear melted.
- Repeat for remaining sandwiches.

- In a large skillet, heat about 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat, add bell pepper and onions. Cook until soft, stirring occasionally, 4-5 minutes. Remove from pan onto a clean plate.
- Add 1 more tablespoon of oil to the same pan and heat. Stir in chicken and seasoning. Cook until chicken is cooked through and browned, 4-5 minutes. Return peppers to pan and mix to combine.
- Spread mayo inside sub rolls and fill with the chicken and pepper mixture. Top each sub with 2 slices of cheese and broil in the oven until the cheese is melted and gooey. Enjoy!
