  • Cut cream cheese into small cubes and combine with milk, butter, salt and pepper in a saucepan.
  • Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until cheese melts.

  • Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain and crumble.
  • In a 9x13 inch casserole dish combine bacon, creamed corn, whole kernel corn, butter and processed cheese; mix well.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes; stir. Bake another 20 minutes, or until heated through and set.

Sweet Cream Cheese Corn image

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350.
  • Open three cans of corn, and put on the bottom of a 2 quart pan.
  • Cube up the cream cheese and place on top of the corn.
  • Sprinkle the sugar over the top.
  • Open the last three cans of corn and cover the cream cheese.
  • Cover pan with foil, and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Stir after 25 minutes, and add milk.
  • Recover with foil, and bake for 10-15 more minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
  • Done once all cream cheese is melted.

  • In saucepan, cook bacon until crisp.
  • Remove bacon, reserving 2 tablespoons of drippings in pan.
  • Drain bacon and set aside.
