Steps:
- In a small bowl, combine flour and cheese. Stir in butter until combined. Gradually add milk just until moistened. Turn onto a lightly floured surface; knead 8-10 times. , Roll dough into a 12x9-in. rectangle; cut into 3x1-in. strips. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand in the oven with the door slightly open until cooled completely. Store in an airtight container.

Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 325 degrees.
- Grease cookie sheets.
- In large bowl, combine rolled oats, margarine and boiling water; let stand 10 minutes. Stir in cornmeal, sugar, bouillon, milk, cheese and egg; mix well. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. Add flour 1 cup at a time, mixing well after each addition to form a stiff dough.
- On floured surface, knead in remaining flour until dough is smooth and no longer sticky, 3 to 4 minutes. Roll or pat out dough to 1/2 inch thickness, cut with bone shaped cookie cutter. Place 1 inch apart on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes on until golden brown. Cool completely. Store loosely covered. Makes 3 1/2 dozen large dog biscuits or 8 dozen small dog biscuits.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Combine flour, cheese, garlic and vegetable oil in food processor.
- Cover and process to a coarse meal.
- With machine running, slowly add water until mixture forms a ball.
- Divide dough into 12 equal pieces. Roll out each piece to 1/2" thickness.
- Cut out bone shape using a cookie cutter or cardboard template.
- Transfer to ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until bottom of cookies are lightly browned.
- Carefully transfer bones to wire rack to cool completely.
- Refrigerate in airtight container.

- Grate the cheese into a bowl and let stand until it reaches room temperature. Cream the cheese with the softened margarine, garlic, salt and flour. Add enough milk to form into a ball.
- Chill for 1/2 hour. Roll onto floured board. Cut into shapes and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until slightly brown, and firm. Makes 2 to 3 dozen, depending on size.
- Yield: 24 biscuits.

CHEESE DOG BISCUITS
My dog loved these, I took a taste too since it was human ingredients and they werent bad (a little on the dry side but my dog didnt think so) I imagine you could make them without the bread machine if you simply keaded the dough, let it rise and knead again just like youd do for bread.

- Put in bread machine on dough cycle, when done knead 3 minutes and roll out on a floured curface 1/2 inch thick.
- Cut as desired in strips or shapes.
- Place on ungreased baking sheets and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until crisp.
- Best left in the oven afterwards for the night to cool, crispen and eliminate and moisture.
