OVEN BAKED CHEEZ-IT CHICKEN TENDERS
This came out of a cookbook I bought for my daughter... but I have to admit that I really like it too! It's a great recipe for your kids to help you make, and they think it's so cool to cook with Cheez-it's!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil (or silpat if you have it).
- Place the Cheez-it's in a zip-lock baggie and give it to your kid to play catch, touch football, whatever. Smack the back a few times with a rolling pin... get the cheese-it's crushed, but don't worry if there are some larger pieces. Pour into a shallow bowl or plate.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the water. Whisk together until combined well. (something else your child can do!).
- Dip the chicken in the egg mixture, then roll around in the crushed Cheez-it's (kids love this part!)
- Place on the cookie sheet, continue until all the chicken is coated.
- Lightly spray all coated chicken with the cooking spray.
- Bake at 350°F about 15 -20 minutes (start checking the smaller ones after 10 minutes. I always pull them out as they get cooked through so that the smallest isn't incinerated by the time the largest piece is done cooking).
CHEEZ-IT® FRIED CHICKEN
This tangy twist on an old favorite substitutes zesty crushed Cheez-It® crackers for boring bread crumbs. Terrific at a picnic!

- Clean, wash and dry chicken.
- Roll Cheez-It® crackers between two sheets of waxed paper into fine crumbs. Combine crumbs with salt, oregano, and celery salt. Place in shallow pan.
- Roll pieces of chicken in crumbs until well coated, then dip chicken in mixture of beaten egg and milk. Roll again in remaining crumbs until well coated.
- Brown chicken, a few pieces at a time, in hot fat, removing and keeping warm. When all pieces are browned, arrange in skillet, cover and cook over low heat until tender, about 30 minutes.

CHEEZ-IT CHICKEN TENDERS
This is my own take on Cheez-It Chicken. The ingredients add flavor to the chicken and keep it moist, but aren't as spicy as some other recipes posted on here.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Crush Cheez-Its with the pepper and garlic salt in a food processor until the texture resembles coarse bread crumbs.
- Place in a medium bowl and stir in the parmesan cheese.
- Use a knife to spread a thin coat of mayonnaise on both sides of the chicken tenders; dunk them in the cracker mixture, using a spoon to help thoroughly coat the chicken.
- Place on a greased baking sheet and cook for 22 minutes.

CHEDDAR OVEN FRIED CHICKEN RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: cheese cracker, pepper, flour, eggs, skin-on chicken drumsticks, skin-on chicken thighs, broccoli floret, yukon potato, olive oil, fresh rosemary, garlic, salt, pepper, fresh parsley

Steps:
- Place cheese crackers in a resealable bag and crush with a rolling pin until they become finely ground. Add pepper, if desired.
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs until smooth.
- Roll each chicken piece into flour and then coat into eggs.
- Place each chicken piece in the cracker crumbs. Coat the chicken with the crumbs.
- Arrange chicken pieces on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine broccoli and potatoes. Add olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper. Toss until vegetables are well-coated.
- Arrange vegetables on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake chicken and veggies for 35-40 minutes or until chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
- Top chicken with parsley and serve.
