BASIL CHICKEN SPIRALS WITH MANGO SALSA
I love this recipe! It is one of my favorites to wow a crowd. Most of its wow factor comes from all the fresh ingredients. I always pick up fresh herbs, garlic, cucumbers, and hot peppers-as well as honey and onions when I can- at my local farmers market. All those ingredients give this dish a punch of flavor. -Noelle Myers, Grand Forks, North Dakota

- Heat oil in a skillet or wok over high heat. Add the garlic, ginger, cabbage, carrot, and bean sprouts. Cook for 2 minutes or until the cabbage is just limp. Add the noodles and chicken; continue to cook until heated through. Stir in the hoisin and oyster sauces, toss to coat the mixture. The filling should be moist but not wet. Remove from heat, and allow to cool. Toss in the chopped coriander.

SOUTHWESTERN CHICKEN SPIRALS
This recipe can be used for a meal or for an appetizer. I don't like cilantro so I always sub an equal amount of chopped fresh parsley. Plan ahead as the filling needs to chill for 2 hours.
