- In a saucepan over medium heat, brown beef; drain. Add beans, soup, celery, green pepper, onion, ketchup, brown sugar and seasonings; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve on buns.

Steps:
- Slice the burger bun in half and lightly toast the exposed bread.
- Spread the ketchup on the bottom half of the toadted bun,.
- Chop the fresh chillies and sprinkle over the ketchup.
- Chop the onion and garlic and spread over the chillies.
- Place the lettuce leaves over the chopped onion.
- Pan fry the beef pate in a little olive oil until cooked through.
- Place the beef pate on the lettuce leaves.
- Fry the duck egg until the white is solid then place on top of the beef pate.
- Add the top of the burger bun.

CHILLI BURGER WITH ROASTED TOMATOES & RED ONION RELISH
Transform burgers into something stylish with roasted tomatoes and red onion relish

Steps:
- Heat oven to 200C/fan 180C/ gas 6. Mix the beef with the chilli and some chopped coriander, then season well. Shape into four patties about 2.5cm thick. Chill until needed.
- Keeping the tomatoes on the vine, put them in a roasting tin. Drizzle over 1 tbsp of olive oil and season. Roast for 12-15 mins until just soft.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a non-stick frying pan. Then cook burgers on each side for 4 mins for rare or 5 mins for medium. For the relish, mix 2 tbsp of olive oil, the lime juice and sweet chilli sauce, parsley, coriander leaves and red onion. To serve, place a burger on a muffin half, add a branch of tomatoes and top with red onion relish.

Somebody's on a low-carb diet! But he didn't say anything about cholesterol! So...here's what I fed him. (I made it with another of my recipies, Toaster Oven Tomatoes)

Steps:
- Heat the oil, Worcestershire sauce, and balsamic vinegar in a pan.
- Add in the minced garlic and sautee.
- Cook the Bubba burger on the pan. Don't flip from one side to the other until the first side is browned.
- Lightly salt and pepper both sides of the burger.
- When the burger is done, add two slices of cheese to cover the burger (they'll overlap and hang over the edges -- yum!).
- Remove the burger from the pan but don't turn off the flame or discard the pan juices.
- Allow the burger to sit on a plate so the cheese melts over the top.
- Meanwhile, crack an egg in the pan and fry it without breaking the yolk. The yolk should cook through and not be runny so flip the egg to cook both sides.
- Place the fried egg over the cheeseburger and serve.
- Make sure Ketchup is on the table!

BEEF BURGER WITH SWEET POTATO CHILLI CHIPS

- Heat oven to 220C/200C fan/gas 7. Toss the chips with the oil, 1 tsp chilli flakes and some seasoning. Arrange in a single layer on a large baking tray and cook for about 30 mins, turning halfway through.
- Put the mince, remaining chilli flakes, onion, Parmesan, tomato ketchup and lots of black pepper in a large bowl and mix to combine. Shape into 4 burgers. Ten mins before the chips are ready, put the burgers on a baking tray and bake for 10 mins until cooked through.
- Top one half of the buns with the lettuce, tomato and onion. Add the burgers, then top with the roll tops. Serve with chips and pickles on the side.
