- Muddle the mint, honey and rum together in a large pitcher until well combined. Add the raspberries, lime wheels, peaches, cantaloupe and wine; stir well. Pour into glasses over ice, and enjoy, especially if it's a hot day!

- Place all fruit in a glass pitcher. Add 2 cups ice, lemon juice, orange and lemon rind, all the white wine and allow to sit in the refrigerator until just before serving. At the last minute, add sugar, to taste and soda, if desired. This recipe yields 5 to 6 servings.

- To make, combine wine with brandy, lemon juice, and sugar in a 3-quart pitcher. Stir until sugar is dissolved, then add peaches, strawberries, and grapes. Let chill at least 2 hours and up to overnight. Mix in banana just before serving. Pour into glasses filled with ice, and use a spoon to scoop the wine-soaked fruit into each one.
