COOKIES-AND-CREAM SHEET CAKE
A winner in ice cream aisles from coast to coast, this combination is both kid-friendly and well-liked by the grown-ups, too. Once the yellow-cake mixture is scraped into a buttered baking pan and smoothed with a spatula, you simply scatter broken Oreo cookies over the top for an easy and playful decoration.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Brush a 9-by-13-inch or 8-by-12-inch baking pan with butter. Line with parchment, leaving a 2-inch overhang on long sides. Butter parchment.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Combine eggs and sugar in the bowl of a mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. Beat on high speed until thick and pale, about 4 minutes. Add flour mixture; beat just to combine. Add butter and vanilla; beat to combine. Add sour cream; beat until smooth.
- Scrape batter into prepared pan, smoothing top with a spatula. Sprinkle with cookie pieces. Bake until top springs back when lightly touched and a tester inserted in center comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes (for 9-by-13-inch) or about 40 minutes (for 8-by-12).
- Let cool in pan on a wire rack 10 minutes. Using parchment overhangs, lift out of pan and let cool completely on rack. Cake can be stored at room temperature, wrapped in plastic, up to 1 day.
COOKIES 'N' CREME FUDGE
Creme-filled chocolate cookies are great in this white chocolate fudge.

- In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt white chocolate squares, sweetened condensed milk and salt. Remove from heat; stir in crushed cookies.
- Spread evenly into wax-paper-lined 8-inch square pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm.
- Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9 inch round cake pans.
- In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, water, oil, and 3 egg whites with an electric mixer on high speed for 2 minutes. Gently stir in crushed cookies. Pour batter into the prepared pans.
- Bake for 25 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a knife inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pans. Remove from pans, and completely cool on racks.
- To Make Frosting: In a small bowl, thoroughly blend the 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar, shortening, vanilla, and 2 egg whites. Beat in remaining confectioners' sugar until creamy. Frost the cake, and garnish with remaining cookies.

I just so enjoyed his being inspired by Cookiedog I made this after reading her review. I was writing her a Thank you saying nothing is as good as caramel except for chocolate and caramel. So you see where I came up with the name! This is for you cookiedog.

Steps:
- Place chocolate and caramel on to a plate swirl them together.
- Dip the rim of the glass into chocolate and caramel topping.
- Layer each of these into a shot glass in the order given.
- The secret is to pour slowly, barely dribble the liqueurs into your glass.
- Start with your first liqueur and pour it into your glass, now take your spoon and place the tip of the spoon very close to your first liqueur, now carefully and slowly pour in your second liqueur over the BACK of the spoon and into the glass topping with cream.

B-52 (LAYERED SHOT)
This is one of our favorite shots. It's smooth, and the aftertaste is delightful! For a quick reference to memory, think 'KGB' which are the initials of the ingredients. The B52 is a 'bomber' as it hits you before you know it. We love it with Budweiser chasers. Cheers. :)

- To a shotglass, begin with the Grand Marnier and fill the glass 1/3 full.
- Take the Bailey's, and slowly pour down the inside of the glass. It will flow under the Grand Marnier.
- Next, Do the same with the Kaluha as you did for the Bailey's. It will flow under the Baileys.
- This will create a beautifully layered shot that you drink straight down. It's easiest to pour down the inside of the glass if you have pour spouts inserted in the bottles. Practice makes perfect, but drink too many of them and your aim will be off. LOL!
