"COPYCAT" AVOCADO SALSA
I found this recipe on a "copycat"web site.It's like the creamy avocado salsa you can get at the "salsa bar" at El Pollo Loco.I've been making it for years now,it tastes just like the restaurant's salsa.It's not a hot salsa,just has a great flavor.Good on taco salads too.

Steps:
- 1. Combine avocado,jalapeno,water,vinegar and salt in a food processor.Puree for several seconds on high until the jalapeno is finely minced,pour into a bowl.Stir in cilantro and onion,Cover and chill until ready to use.Makes 1 1/2 cups

Steps:
- Combine the tomatoes, pineapple, avocados, onion, cilantro, lime juice, red pepper flakes and garlic salt in a medium bowl. Add pepper to taste. Serve with lime tortilla chips.
