CRANBERRY-APPLE DUMP CAKE
No-fuss cranberry dessert.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch square pan with nonstick spray.
- Spread apple pie filling in the prepared pan. Top with cranberry sauce. Sprinkle cake mix evenly over top, then cover cake mix as much as possible with butter slices. Sprinkle with walnuts.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes. Cool for a least 15 minutes before serving.

I always look forward to apple season so I can make this delicious, moist cake. The addition of dried cranberries makes it perfect for fall holidays. The salted caramel glaze is the crowning touch!

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a tube pan.
- Place flour, white sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl. Beat using an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in apple, pecans, and cranberries until well blended. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 1 hour. Remove from the oven and set aside.
- Combine brown sugar, butter, and milk in a small saucepan. Bring mixture to a rolling boil over high heat; continue to boil, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- Pour glaze over the hot cake. Let cake sit in the pan to cool and for glaze to set, about 2 hours.
- Remove cake from the pan. Place onto a plate, top-up; the glaze may puddle around the bottom edge of the cake. Serve when completely cool.

CHOCOLATE, CRANBERRY, APPLE CAKE
Oh, how we LOVED this cake! The addition of cranberry and apple is what makes it so moist. We suggest using both canned cranberry jelly and 1/2 cup of dried cranberries.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 f and spray your cake pan. In a large bowl combine milk, eggs, vanilla, oil, and sugar. With a spoon or a mixer mix until well combined. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder. Add in grated apples and cranberry jelly. Mix until well combined.
- 2. Pour batter into prepared pan any cake pan is good. Put in oven and bake for 50-55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. While cake is in oven in a microwave safe bowl add cream, chocolate chips and corn syrup. Microwave on high for 1 minute stir until silky smooth.
- 3. When cake is done cool in pan for 15 minutes and then turn it over in a cake plate or regular plate. Let cool for at least 1 hour after that pour sauce over the top and enjoy. It is even better the next day. You can warm it up and put a scoop of ice cream on top. This cake is super delicious and easy to make. If you do use canned jelly I suggest you use some dried cranberries as well in the batter. You can also add nuts if you would like to.

- For the cake, preheat the oven to 325 degrees F and grease and flour a 10" tube pan.
- Beat the oil, sugars and eggs in a large mixing bowl.
- Combine the next six ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Add to the wet ingredients along with the apples and cranberries, stirring until moistened.
- Spread the batter in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 1-1/2 hours or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
- Cool for 20 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack and cool completely.
- For the frosting, heat the first three ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture comes to a boil.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Add enough icing sugar to make a drizzling consistency, beating until smooth.
- Drizzle over the cake and decorate as desired.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees; prepare bundt or tube pan by greasing & flouring.
- Mix together flour. salt & baking powder.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together until blended, batter will be stiff.
