BOW TIE PASTA & ROASTED VEGETABLE BAKE
Will have two new students in Sept.'08. They are both vegetarians. So I'm putting together easy cassaroles that I can make for them. This one came from two other cooking web sites. I took what I liked from each and added my own touch. The red sauce that I used for the recipe is recipe#21960. you can choose your own but this was very good.

BOW TIES WITH SAUSAGE, TOMATOES AND CREAM
A friend gave this recipe to me a few years back, and my family can't seem to get enough of it. It sounds strange with cream in it, but that just enhances the flavor and texture. This is a very easy recipe.
