DILLY BLOODY MARY
Calling all pickle lovers! Kick up your Bloody Mary with loads of pickle flavor! Serve with your favorite garnishes - the possibilities are endless! I like to serve with a skewer of pickled onion, pickled jalapeno, olive, and a mini dill. The flavor of pickle brine varies depending on brand, so start with 1 ounce, and if a more pronounced pickle flavor is desired, add another ounce.

- Pour chili-lime seasoning onto a small plate. Rub the edge of a pint-sized jar with 1 lime wedge. Dip the edge of the jar into the seasoning. Fill jar with 1 cup ice and set aside.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with remaining cup of ice, Bloody Mary mix, pickle juice, vodka, Worcestershire, and hot sauce. Squeeze in 1 lime wedge and 1 lemon wedge.
- Roughly chop 1 fresh dill sprig and add to the shaker. Place lid on the shaker and shake for 10 seconds to combine. Strain into the prepared jar and garnish with pickle spear and remaining dill, lime, and lemon.

DILL PICKLE BLOODY MARY
Here's a twist on your usual Bloody Mary. This is enough for four drinks to share with your brunch buddies. Prepare them the night before serving for optimum flavor.

- Pour dill pickle juice into a shallow plate. Combine sriracha salt, celery seed, and black pepper on another shallow plate.
- One-by-one, dip the rims of 4 glasses first into the dill pickle juice and then into the salt mixture to coat the rims. Place glasses into the refrigerator or freezer. Pour remaining dill pickle juice and salt mixture into a large pitcher. Add vegetable juice, vodka, lime juice, horseradish powder, and hot sauce. Mix well. Allow Bloody Mary mixture to rest for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Slide 1 pickled egg, 1 pickled okra spear, and 1 dill pickle onto each bamboo skewer.
- Before serving, add 2 two ice cubes, 1 loaded bamboo skewer, and 1 celery stalk to each rimmed glass. Give the Bloody Mary pitcher a stir and pour evenly into the 4 prepared glasses. Serve immediately.

PICKLE JUICE BLOODY MARY
Steps:
- Combine tomato juice, pickle juice, vodka, Worcestershire, horseradish, hot sauce and some black pepper in a small pitcher and stir. Fill an 8-ounce glass with ice, pour the Bloody Mary over the ice and garnish the glass with the celery and lemon wedge.
- Stack the cornichon and olive on a 3-inch skewer. Place atop the Bloody Mary and enjoy!

- Using water, moisten rim of a highball glass. Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon celery salt on a small plate; dip rim into salt. Discard remaining celery salt from plate. Fill a shaker three-fourths full with ice. This is my Wisconsin version of a classic Bloody Mary drink. On special occasions, garnish with skewered bite-size pieces of Wisconsin Cheddar, Monterey Jack, pepperoni, salami, green olives or cocktail shrimp on top. Best when consumed before noon.

- Fill a large tumbler with ice cubes. Pour in the vodka, then drop in the olives and the olive brine. Season with celery salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce. Fill the remainder of the glass with tomato and clam juice cocktail. Stir with the celery stalk and leave it in as a garnish. Sprinkle with a little bit of celery salt before serving.
