Easy As Microwave Chocolate Fudge Recipes

Steps:

• Microwave 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips and a 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk, 5 minutes. Stir vigorously, then add 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Spread in an 8-inch-square pan lined with buttered parchment paper. Refrigerate, then cut into squares.

Steps:

• Grease an 8x8 inch square pan.
• Place the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk into a medium sized microwavable bowl. Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until smooth. Stir in the vanilla, then fold in the walnuts and marshmallows. Spread evenly into the prepared pan. Chill until set.

Steps:

• Place choc, butter and condensed milk in microwave bowl, place in microwave for 3 minutes (Or till melted and glossy) stopping and stirring after every minute.
• Stir in nuts and pour into slice tin lined with glad bake (sets quickly so don't dawdle -- lol)
• Place in fridge, once set cut into bite size pieces.

Steps:

• Place chocolate chips, condensed milk and butter in a microwave proof bowl.
• Put in microwave on MEDIUM heat for 1 minute then stir, continue heating and stirring every 30 seconds until chocolate is completely melted. This prevents the chocolate from burning.
• Add chopped nuts and stir to mix. Pour into a lightly greased slice tin and put in the fridge to set, usually overnight, if you can wait that long!

Steps:

• Have ready a 12x8 baking dish, lined with wax paper (you can also lightly butter the dish, instead of using the wax paper).
• In a large glass bowl, melt chocolate chips in the microwave-- check and stir every 30 seconds or so; it will likely take about two minutes, depending on your microwave's power.
• Stir melted chocolate until smooth.
• With a wooden spoon or sturdy spatula, stir in sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, icing sugar and salt.
• Pour into prepared pan, smooth top, and chill until firm.
• Cut into small squares to serve.

Steps:

• Melt chocolate in a bowl by heating on 100% stirring every 30 seconds until melted.
• Melt the butter in another bowl and stir into the melted chocolate together with the sugar and milk.Heat on 100% for 2-3 minutes stirring every minute until the mixture is thick and glossy.
• Put into a greased rectangular 20cm X 15cm dish and chill until well set before cutting into pieces.

Steps:

• In a large microwave-safe bowl place both semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, condensed milk and butter; microwave on MEDIUM for 3-5 minutes, removing and stirring once or twice during the cooking time (do not overcook or the mixture will turn grainy).
• At this point mix in the 1 cup mini marshmallows (if using) until completely combined.
• Stir in vanilla and nuts until combined.
• Transfer into greased 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
• Chill in refrigerator.

Steps:

• Mix flour, sugar, 1 ounce cup cocoa powder, and salt together in a bowl. Add egg, milk, melted margarine, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine and transfer to a large microwave-safe bowl with sides at least 2 inches high.
• Combine brown sugar and 1 ounce cocoa powder in a bowl. Sprinkle on top of the batter in the microwave-safe bowl. Pour warm water gently over the cake; use a fork to gently prick a few holes in the cake to allow water to seep in.
• Cook in the microwave on high power for 5 minutes. Serve with ice cream or custard.
