GERMAN POTATO AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE
This is right up our alley, and I'll be making it tomorrow. Our daughter will not be happy, but alas, she can always eat something else! I will only drain the saurkraut, and not rinse it, as we love the taste. I used fat-free half-and-half. Yummy! From Pillsbury's "C'mon Over!" cookbook.

GERMAN POTATO SALAD WITH SAUSAGE
From Taste of Home. I love crock pot recipes. This one's a winner! My family raved about it. Leftovers are very flavorful. Cooking time is time in the crock pot. Easy! Not really a salad at all, but a HUGE one dish meal. You'll be more than satisfied with this one.

HOT GERMAN POTATO SALAD CASSEROLE
Passed down from my German/Dutch Grandmother. A hot potato salad with bacon, cheese and a creamy/vinegar sauce makes this a wonderful dish to serve with bratwurst on a cold fall day in Deutschland or wherever you might be. I usually double the bacon and sauce to make this extra flavorful.
