Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, 1/4 cup Swiss cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper., In a 10-in. ovenproof skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add spinach, apricots and green onions; cook and stir until spinach is wilted, 1 minute. Reduce heat; stir in turkey and egg mixture. Sprinkle with remaining Swiss cheese and artichoke hearts., Bake until eggs are completely set, 15-20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into wedges. Garnish with additional green onions if desired.

- Combine the first 5 ingredients; set aside. In a large nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add zucchini and onion. Cook until tender, 6-8 minutes; remove., In same skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add egg mixture. Cook until set, gently lifting edges of cooked egg to allow liquid to run underneath. Top with zucchini mixture, diced tomato and cheese. Cover and cook until cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle basil on top.

- In a mixing bowl beat together the eggs and cream and season with salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture into skillet and stir in chopped herbs. Top with grated cheese and brown under broiler for about 2 to 3 minutes until the frittata puffs

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Whisk the eggs, milk, 3/4 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of pepper in a large bowl until combined; stir in the cheese and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a 10-inch ovenproof nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the greens, garlic, rosemary and red pepper flakes and cook, stirring occasionally, until the greens are wilted, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Reduce the heat to medium. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and stir once or twice to combine; cook, without stirring, until the edges start setting, about 1 minute. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake until the frittata is set and lightly browned, 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes in the skillet, then invert or slide onto a cutting board. Serve warm or at room temperature.
