No-bake drop cookies made with oatmeal, cocoa, and Nutella®. The most important step is keeping the rolling boil for at least one full minute.

Steps:
- Combine sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa in a saucepan over medium heat until they are a smooth liquid. Bring to a rolling boil; continue to boil for at least 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in chocolate-hazelnut spread and vanilla extract until dissolved. Return the pot to the still-warm burner, or the lowest setting on gas stove, and add oats. Mix well.
- Leave the pot on the warm burner while you drop cookies by heaping spoonfuls onto wax paper. Let set and serve.

- Bring sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa to a boil in a large saucepan. Let boil until all sugar crystals on the sides of the pan are dissolved, about 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract. Stir in oats and coconut until evenly distributed. Quickly spoon tablespoonfuls of dough onto sheets of waxed paper and allow cookies to set up, about 20 minutes.

- IN DOUBLE BOILER MELT NUTELLA TIL SMOOTH ADD CHOC CHIPS STIRRING AS U DO. MELT THEM INTO THE NUTELLA MIXTURE UNTIL SMOOTH THEN ADD COCONUT MILK AND STIR TIL SMOOTH.
- ADD COCONUT 1 CUP AT A TIME[PROBLY 3-4 CUPS SHOULD DO IT] UNTIL THICK AND FIRM. SHOULD NOT BE THIN.
- DROP ONTO COOKIE SHEET LINED WITH WAX PAPER. PLACE IN FRIDGE TO SET FASTER.
