- 1. Pre-heat oven to 325.
- 2. In medium bowl, mix eggs, corn syrup, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla for about 2 minutes.
- 3. Stir in pecans.
- 4. Pour into uncooked tart shells.
- 5. Bake for 30-40 minutes.

- 1. combine all ingredients except eggs and pecans. mix well.
- 2. add eggs. mix well.
- 3. add pecans. mix well.
- 4. pour into a 9 in unbaked pie shell and bake for 50-60 mins at 350 degrees. let cool completely before cutting.

- In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, corn syrup, butter, water, and cornstarch. Bring to a full boil, and remove from heat.
- In a large bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Gradually beat in cooked syrup mixture. Stir in salt, vanilla, and pecans. Pour into pie shell.
- Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until filling is set.
