HG HOT COUPLE: YOGURT-MARINATED GRILLED CHICKEN

HG Hot Couple: Yogurt-Marinated Grilled Chicken image

Steps:

  • Place chicken in a medium bowl, top with yogurt, and stir to coat completely. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Skewer the chicken onto skewers, packing the pieces together tightly.
  • Spray a grill or a grill pan lightly with nonstick spray, and bring it to medium-high heat.
  • Grill for 10 to 12 minutes, covered, carefully flipping about halfway through cook time.
  • Once cool enough to handle, pull the chicken off the sticks and eat!

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine turkey with onion soup/dip mix. Mix thoroughly with your hands. (Don't be squeamish-it's the easiest way!) Evenly and firmly form the mixture into 5 patties.
  • Bring a grill pan sprayed with nonstick spray to medium-high heat. Place the burgers in the pan, working in batches as needed. Cover and cook until cooked through, about 6 minutes per side. Serve and enjoy!
