HOT AND TANGY BROCCOLI BEEF
Tangy and spicy beef and broccoli are a winning combination in this quick stir-fry dinner.

Steps:
- Cut beef across grain into thin slices. Combine 1 Tbsp. each cornstarch and soy sauce with garlic and sugar in medium bowl; stir in beef. Let stand 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, remove flowerets from broccoli; cut into bite-size pieces. Peel stalks; cut diagonally into thin slices.
- Combine 1 cup water, remaining 2 Tbsp. soy sauce, 4 teaspoons cornstarch and crushed red pepper in small bowl. Set aside.
- Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in hot wok or large skillet over high heat. Add beef and stir-fry 1 minute; remove.
- Heat remaining 2 Tbsp. oil in same pan. Add broccoli and onion; stir-fry 2 minutes. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp. water over vegetables; cover and cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add beef and soy sauce mixture; cook and stir until sauce boils and thickens. Remove from heat; stir in vinegar.

Steps:
- In a small bowl, combine soy sauce,lemon juice,cornstarch,dark brown sugar,garlic and pepper. Set aside
- Heat 1tbsp oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add beef and stir fry until almost cooked through, about 2minutes. Transfer beef to plate and cover to keep warm.
- Heat remaining oil in skillet. Add onion and stir fry for 5mins. Cut broccoli into floret about 4cups and to skillet with 1/2 cup of water. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 3mins.
- Return beef to skillet with soy sauce mixture ;add ginger.
- Bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly,about 2mins. Serve hot.

- Cut off ends of broccoli.
- Cut lengthwise into florets, retaining stems.
- Steam or cook broccoli in simmering water until crisp tender, about 5-6 minutes.
- Drain and remove to serving bowl.
- Add mustard mixture and toss until thoroughly coated.

Steps:
- Cut onion and beef into thin strips (beef should be bite size).
- Add two tbl oil to hot pan or wok.
- When oil is hot and swirly, add garlic and onions. Cook two minutes or until onion is lightly browned.
- Add florets and cook two minutes.
- Add sirloin and stir fry until cooked through. Don't overcook or florets will be mushy!
- Meanwhile, Combine sherry, cornstarch and soy.
- Turn heat off and drizzle honey all over stir fry. Add soy mixture and stir.
- Stir in red pepper.
