Hot Dogs With Pizza Topping Recipes

• Preheat the oven to 450˚ F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Divide the pizza dough into 6 equal pieces. Roll each piece of dough into a long, thin rope about four times the length of a hot dog.

• Whisk the egg in a small bowl with a fork until blended; set the egg wash aside.
• Unfold one of the sheets of puff pastry and roll it out flat; cut into 4 squares. Roll one of the squares into a 6-inch square. Place a hot dog on the right edge of the square. • Bake until puffed and golden brown, about 25 minutes. Allow to cool 10 minutes before serving with extra pizza sauce on the side.
