IMITATION CRAB AND VEGETABLE CASSEROLE
I'm always looking for new recipes that use imitation crab. This one is a creamy, all-in-one dish that gets a boost of flavor from Old Bay® seasoning.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 2-quart baking dish.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add frozen vegetables; cook and stir until heated through, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from the heat, drain, and transfer to a large bowl.
- While the vegetables are cooking, place bread cubes in a bowl and drizzle melted butter over top. Toss gently to coat and set aside.
- Add condensed soup, cream cheese, imitation crab, and seafood seasoning to the vegetables; stir to combine. Transfer to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with buttered bread cubes.
- Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, about 25 minutes.

IMITATION CRAB CASSEROLE WITH CHEESE
This recipe is easy and quick to make, and offers a good taste of the ocean. It is inexpensive to make if using imitation crabmeat.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat; stir in onions and celery. Cook and stir until vegetables have softened and are beginning to turn translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add crab, condensed soup, water, parsley, seafood seasoning, salt, garlic powder, and pepper; mix to combine. Heat until almost bubbling, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and blend in Cheddar cheese until melted. Transfer to a 9-inch square casserole dish.
- Mix bread crumbs and melted butter in a small bowl with a fork until combined. Spread over the casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned and bubbly, 20 to 30 minutes.

IMITATION CRAB SALAD OR CASSEROLE
This tastes good cold or warm. Make it to suit your preference. We like it with lots of chopped celery which gives it a nice crunch.

- 1. For crab salad combine all ingredients, except for cheese. Chill for a few hours.
- 2. For casserole, combine all but cheese. Put into greased baking dish, top with cheese. Bake at 350' for 30 minutes.

- Add diced crabmeat to white sauce.
- Stir, let thicken.
- Add mustard, salt and pepper.
- Stir and simmer.

- Serve over rice.
