- Heat oven to 400°F. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Spread ricotta cheese in pie plate; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cook ground beef until brown; drain. Stir in 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce and the salt; spoon evenly over cheeses.
- Stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs until blended. Pour into pie plate.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 1 to 2 minutes longer or until melted. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with additional spaghetti sauce.

- In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Transfer to an 8-in. square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with cheese. , In another large bowl, whisk the biscuit mix, eggs and milk until smooth; pour over cheese. - Heat oven to 400.
- Grease 9" pie plate.
- Spread Cottage (or ricotta) cheese in pie plate.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Brown ground beef in sauce pan -- drain off excess grease.
- Stir in 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup spagetti sauce and salt into ground beef.
- Spoon meat mixture over cheese layer.
- In bowl, mix Bisquick, milk and eggs until well blended.
- Pour Bisquick mixture over meat and cheese layers.
- Bake 30 - 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
- Sprinkle remaiing mozzarella over pie and bake addtional 2 - 3 minutes to melt cheese.
- Remove from oven and let set for 5 minutes.
- Cut into pie pieces and serve with additional sauce if desired.

- Preheat oven to 400F (205C).
- Grease 10" pie plate.
- Layer cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in plate.
- Mix beef, herbs, tomato paste and Mozarella cheese.
- Spoon beef mixture on top.
- Beat milk, eggs, salt and pepper in blender on HIGH until smooth (about 1 minute).
- Pour into plate.
- Bake at 400F (205C) for 30 to 35 minutes or unril knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.

Steps:
- Combine apples-- cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg in crockpot.
- Toss thoroughly.
- Combine milk soften butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and 1/2 cup Bisquick.
- Spoon over apples.
- Combine the remaining 1 cup Bisquick and brown sugar.
- Cut cold butter into mixture until crumbly.
- Sprinkle this mixture over top of apple mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours until apples are soft.

BASIC IMPOSSIBLE PIES
Received this recently from a friend and this will be my new recipe for this type dish.I made it for breakfast this morning and it is a keeper. While I have always put a variety of meats and/or vegetables in my impossible pies, this has a lot of vatiations I would not have thought of.

- Choose the base ingredients based on the size of the pie pan you are using.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Grease desired size pie pan.
- Sprinkle meat, cheese and vegetables, if using, into pan.
- Beat base ingredients until smooth, 14 to 30 seconds in a blender; or 1 minute on high with a hand beater; or 2 minutes by hand.
- Pour batter into pan, covering filling ingredients.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean, and top is golden brown.
- Cool 5 minutes before serving.

- Chicken, broccoli, jack cheese, onion -- ham, mushrooms, Swiss cheese --.

- Thawed frozen spinach (squeezed dry) and frozen broccoli work well.
- Add herbs/spices as desired.
- Try all veggie or all cheese pies.
- Add mustard, horseradish, hot sauce, BBQ sauce, etc. to base in small amounts (about 1 tablespoon) if it seems appropriate.
