- Combine potato flakes, dry milk, bouillon granules, onion, parsley, pepper, thyme, turmeric and seasoning salt in a bowl and stir to mix. Pour into a 1 quart jar.
- Attach the following instructions: To serve, place 1/2 cup soup mix in bowl. Stir in 1 cup boiling water until smooth.

Steps:
- Place chicken breasts, broth, soup, cream cheese and dressing mix into Instant Pot.
- Lock cover into place and seal steam nozzle
- Set on poultry or meat setting or manually set for 15 minutes.
- Naturally release pressure for 5 minutes then quick release remaining pressure.
- While your Instant Pot is cooking, boil water in a pot on your stove and cook your pasta according to the directions on the package.
- Shred the chicken and serve over the pasta.
- If your chicken is frozen, add 5 to 10 minutes until your chicken is cooked through.

I found this recipe online (www.allfreecrafts.com) & used it for Christmas 2006. I made a test batch before gift-giving, and this is my tweaked version of the original recipe- my version includes more cheese and is less thick. Note: I found the cheese powder at the local bulk foods store.

Steps:
- Layer ingredients in a 1 quart canning jar in the order given. Use enough potato flakes to fill the jar- may not need the full amount (I didn't).
- For gift-giving, attach a card that reads: Bring 6 cups of water to a boil in a large pan. Add contents of jar, stir well, remove from heat, and let sit five minutes. Optional: May stir in one cup diced, cooked ham or broccoli.
- NOTE: I found that this soup got very thick as it cooled, so I've cut down on the original amount of potato flakes and increased the water. If you find that it's too thick, add another cup of boiling water.

- Mix all bouillon ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside 2 teaspoons. Store remaining bouillon in airtight container in cool, dry place for use in other recipes. Only the reserved 2 tsp is needed for this recipe.

- Bring 1 1/2 cups water to a boil. Add soup mix to a bowl, and add boiling water to soup mix. Stir well to break up any lumps. Bring another 1 1/2 cups water to a boil, and add to soup mix. Cover and let stand 10 minutes or until broccoli is soft.
- Add dry mix and 3 cups water to Instant Pot. Stir well to break up any chunks. Lock lid; set valve to sealing. Program for manual-high and 5 minutes. Allow for natural pressure release, if desired, or do quick release.
