  • Whisk together the mayonnaise, sesame seeds, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and a generous pinch of salt in a small bowl. Whisk in 2 tablespoons water and a couple turns of freshly ground black pepper until blended.

Steps:

  • In small bowl, whisk together the miso, water, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and salt. While whisking constantly, gradually add the peanut and sesame oils until you have a creamy dressing. Use now or store covered, in the refrigerator, for up to 3 days.

  • Place the jalapeno pepper, garlic clove, and ginger into a food processor or blender; pulse until the jalapeno and garlic are finely chopped.
