MANGO MILKSHAKES
An easy, refreshing treat for the hot weather! I picked this up at the grocery store. More brown sugar can be added to taste, if you'd like - check the sweetness of your mangoes to see if you want more.

Steps:
- Run mango and brown sugar through a blender or food processor until smooth and well-blended.
- Place vanilla ice cream and milk with mango mixture in machine and process again until well mixed.
- Pour into four parfait glasses and garnish each with a mint sprig.
MANGO SMOOTHIE
Steps:
- Stand one of the mangos upright with the narrow end facing you. Slice off the 'cheeks' on either side of the stone and slice these in half lengthwise. Cut around the stone to take off as much flesh as possible, capturing all the running juices in a bowl.
- Remove the skin by peeling or cutting the fruit carefully off it. Repeat with the other mango. Discard the skin and puree the flesh and juice in a food processor or blender.
- Add the milk and sugar, and combine until it becomes a thick smooth mass. Transfer the liquid to a pitcher and chill the mixture until ready to drink. Add the ice cubes to the pitcher and serve straight from the refrigerator. A little goes a long way, so serve in small glasses.

Use spoon to take the segments out of the skin and set them aside. 2)Now,add the cut mango pieces in a blender and add whole milk, vanilla ice cream and ground cardamom. 3)Blend for few minute until texture is very creamy and smooth. 4)Lastly,pour the mango milkshake into glasses. Garnish with chopped almonds or your choice of dry fruits. 5)Make it more delicious by adding whipped cream at the top. 6)Serve immediately.

- Place milk, cream of coconut, and mango in a blender.
- Pulse to mix well.
- Add ice cream and vanilla.
- Process on high until well mixed and frothy.
- Pour milkshake into 2 glasses.
- Sprinkle toasted coconut on top of milkshake.
- NOTE: Cream of coconut is popularly marketed as "Coco Lopez" and is highly sweetened. You'll find cream of coconut in the supermarket drink mixer section. If instead you use coconut cream, such as that marketed by "Ocho Rios", you should add 2 tablespoons of sugar to the milkshake. Coconut cream will be in the baking section of your supermarket.
