Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the egg, milk, cheese, oats and salt. Add the ground beef, mixing well, and form this mixture into eight miniature meatloaves. Place these in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a separate small bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. Stir thoroughly and spread over each meatloaf.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the egg, milk, cheese, breadcrumbs and salt. Add the ground beef, mixing well, and form this mixture into six to eight miniature meatloaves. Place these in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a separate small bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. Stir thoroughly and spread over each meatloaf.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes.

  • In a large bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. Remove 1/2 cup for topping; set aside. Add the eggs, Worcestershire sauce, cereal and seasonings to remaining ketchup mixture. Let stand for 5 minutes. Crumble beef over cereal mixture and mix well. , Press meat mixture into 18 muffin cups (about 1/3 cup each). Bake at 375° for 18-20 minutes. Drizzle with reserved ketchup mixture; bake 10 minutes longer or until meat is no longer pink and a thermometer reads 160°. , Serve desired number of meat loaves. Cool remaining loaves. Transfer to freezer container; close and freeze for up to 3 months. , To use frozen meat loaves: Completely thaw in the refrigerator. Place loaves in a greased baking dish.   • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  • Gently combine the pork and turkey by hand in a large bowl. Stir together the oats, 2 tablespoons of the ketchup, 1/2 tablespoon of the mustard, the soy sauce, oregano, egg whites, onions, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon pepper in a small bowl until combined. Add the oat mixture to the meat mixture and combine by hand until just incorporated.
  • Form the meatloaf mixture into 4 small football-shaped loaves, about 4 inches long and 1 1/2 inches thick, and place on the prepared pan. Stir together the remaining 2 tablespoons ketchup and 1/2 tablespoon mustard in a small bowl. Brush some of the ketchup mixture on each meatloaf.

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Heat the olive oil in a medium saute pan. Add the onions, thyme, salt, and pepper and cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes, until the onions are translucent but not brown. Off the heat, add the Worcestershire sauce, chicken stock, and tomato paste. Allow to cool slightly.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground chuck, onion mixture, bread crumbs, and eggs, and mix lightly with a fork. Don't mash or the meatloaf will be dense.
  • Divide the mixture into 6 (10 to 11-ounce) portions and shape each portion into a small loaf on a sheet pan. Spread about a tablespoon of ketchup on the top of each portion. Steps:

  • Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir carrots and onion in hot oil until slightly softened, 3 to 7 minutes. Add tomatoes, spinach, garlic, thyme, parsley, salt, and black pepper; bring to a simmer, reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer until flavors combine, about 20 minutes. Cool slightly, 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
