Steps:

• Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the panko and cook, stirring occasionally, until toasted. Add a pinch of salt and toss to combine. Let cool completely.
• Combine the sour cream, chives, onion powder, garlic and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a medium bowl. Stir well until combined.
• Fill a tall sand bucket with ice about three-quarters of the way to the top. Transfer the sour cream mixture to a bowl that will fit just inside the top of the sand bucket. Cover the sour cream dip with the toasted panko. Serve with a plastic shovel and lots of star-shaped crackers.

• Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
• Melt butter in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and shallots and saute until tender, about 3 minutes. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute until it reaches a golden blonde color. Slowly whisk in the cream and turn up heat until it thickens.
• Add the Parmesan and Cheddar. Stir until the cheese has melted. Add salt, pepper, lemon juice, hot sauce and Worcestershire. Fold in the collard greens and artichoke hearts.
• Add mixture to a casserole dish. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
• Serve this dip with baked pita chips.

• Rinse greens well and slice in thin strips. Place in saucepan with the stock and basil; cover and cook about 30 minutes, until greens are tender. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet and saute onion and garlic; stir in ginger root and jalapeno pepper. Add collards and stir until liquid is nearly evaporated. Add sesame oil and pepper to taste; stir. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

• Drain collard greens, add to butter/garlic mix.
• Stir for about 5 minutes, then serve. (I like to pour the sauté over the greens.

• In large pot, bring 4 quarts salted water to a boil. Stir in collard greens. Cook 15 minutes, or until tender; drain.
• Meanwhile, in skillet over medium-high heat, cook bacon 7 minutes, or until crisp, turning once. Drain bacon on paper towels; cool and crumble.
• In skillet with bacon drippings,k cook garlic, leeks and peppers 2 minutes. Stir in cooked collard greens and cook 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Transfer mixture to serving platter. Top with crumbled bacon.
