NO PEEK BEEF STEW
I got this recipe from an acquaintance during a woman's outdoor weekend. It is different from the other no peek stews in that it uses ginger ale for the liquid. Great served over egg noodles.

This is so easy to prepare and has a rich, satisfying taste. I have used this reecipe for years and can't remember where I got it. It might have been from an oven recipe my Mother gave me years ago and I adapted for the crocpot.

IRISH BEEF STEW
Rich and hearty, this stew is my husband's favorite. The beef is incredibly tender. Served with crusty bread, it's an ideal cool-weather meal and perfect for any Irish holiday. -Carrie Karleen, St. Nicolas, Quebec
