Steps:
- Combine all marinade ingredients with the chicken breast and leave for 20 minutes.
- Coat the chicken breast first in flour, then eggs, and finally panko breadcrumbs.
- In a medium-sized saucepan heat the oil to 325˚F (170°C),
- Deep fry the breaded chicken for about 3-4 minutes until the coating is golden brown.
- In a small frying pan, combine the chicken stock, lemon juice, and sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Mix the corn flour with the water, then add the mixture to the frying pan to thicken the sauce.
- Add the chicken to the frying pan and coat with the lemon sauce.
- Serve on top of rice. (We garnished ours with green onions and sesame seeds.)

Steps:
- Bring the stock to the boil in a large saucepan(depending on your taste or needs you may wish to substitute some of the stock for water).
- Add chicken breast fillet to the stock, turn the heat off and cover the pain with a lid for 15 minutes.
- Remove chicken breast from the stock and leave to cool for a few minutes then shred.
- Add corn to stock and bring to the boil over a medium heat.
- Combine soy sauce and cornflour into a paste then stir into the soup to thicken slightly.
- Add shredded chicken to soup.
- Slowly pour beaten eggs into the soup in a steady stream, stirring constantly with a fork.
- Serve topped with the sliced spring onions and enjoy!
- NB: Cooking time includes the 15 minutes for "poaching" the chicken breast.

- In small bowl, mix chili garlic sauce, sugar and vinegar; set aside. In large bowl, mix flour and cornstarch with whisk; set aside.
- In medium bowl, beat egg white and soy sauce. Add chicken; toss to coat. Transfer chicken a few pieces at a time to bowl with flour mixture; toss to coat, then transfer to plate. Discard any leftover extra egg mixture and flour mixture.
- In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken to skillet; cook 6 to 7 minutes, turning once, until chicken is crispy and browned on outside. If pieces of chicken stick together, break apart with spatula.
- Add broccoli to skillet; cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until broccoli is softened and browned on edges, and chicken is no longer pink in center. Add chili garlic sauce mixture to pan; cook 1 to 2 minutes longer, stirring until mixture is thoroughly coated. Stir in green onions.
- Divide rice among 4 bowls. Divide chicken mixture over rice.

- Dice chicken into small pieces, approx 1/2" to 3/4" cubed.
- Cut up onion into small pieces.
- Heat wok at high heat on stove, add a small amount of sesame oil to coat bottom of pan.
- When oil is hot, begin browning chicken by stirring continuously with chopped onion, garlic, onion and cumin.
- When cooked through, remove from pan and set aside.
- In same pan (you do not need to clean it!), empty can of vegetables into pan and stir fry for about 2 minutes.
- Then, return chicken and onion mixture to pan.

- Cut chicken in half, lengthwise.
- Combine the soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, ginger, and maple syrup in a large kitchen plastic (ziplock) bag. Marinate chicken breasts in soy sauce mixture for 30 minutes. Remove chicken from the marinade (save marinade to place in the baking dish).
