- Heat the butter and oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat until foaming. Squeeze large chunks of the sausagemeat out of the skins and into the pan. Cook for 5-8 mins or until golden brown. Add the mushrooms and cook for a further 5 mins until starting to turn brown. Stir through the paprika and cook for 1 min before stirring in the soured cream, mustard and stock. Bring to a simmer and season to taste.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a large pan of salted water according to pack instructions, then add to the sauce with half the parsley. Serve in deep bowls with the remaining parsley sprinkled on top.

- Dissolve bouillon in the boiling water in a large bowl; pour a portion of the broth into another pot for boiling the noodles.
- Bring the broth in the pot to a boil and add onion powder, dried onion, and garlic powder. Add egg noodles; bring back to a boil. Cook until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain. Stir in frozen peas and cover.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Saute onions until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add ground beef; cook and stir until no longer pink, 5 to 7 minutes. Add remaining onion powder and pepper. Stir in flour and mix well, 2 to 3 minutes. Add the reserved broth. Bring to a boil. - In a large resealable plastic bag, combine flour, salt, and pepper. Add beef, seal bag, and shake to coat.
- In a large Dutch oven, heat 2 tablespoons butter over medium-high heat. Add half of beef, and cook for 5 to 6 minutes or until browned. Remove from pan.
