S'MORES IN A JAR
A really cute gift that can be modified for any occasion when cute marshmallows are available. Recipe makes a yummy s'mores bar. The candy and marshmallows stay pretty-looking in jar because graham crumb mixture is put in a bag before layering in jar. Add ribbon or fabric as desired.

Steps:
- Place graham crackers in a food processor; process into crumbs.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and brown sugar in a bowl; mix well.
- Pour milk chocolate pieces into bottom of 1-quart jar. Layer marshmallows on top of chocolate.
- Fit a resealable plastic bag into the jar over the marshmallows, with the opening pulled over the mouth of the jar. Spoon crumb mixture into the bag gradually, patting mixture down to fill the bag tightly. Seal the bag and close the jar.

- Instructions 1. Place graham crackers in a zipper freezer food storage bag. Use a rolling pin or meat tenderizer to crush crackers into crumbs. (You'll need about 1 1/2 cup of crushed crumbs: one "sleeve" of graham crackers, or about 10 whole crackers equals 1 1/2 cup when crushed.) 2. Place graham cracker crumbs into quart-sized canning jar. Use a meat tenderizer to pack crumbs tightly into the bottom of the jar. 3. Place Peeps candies against the glass on all sides of the canning jar. Press lightly to create a well in the center of the jar. (You'll use approximately 2/3rds of the package; our Halloween recipe used 6 of a 9-pack package of Ghost Peeps.) 4. Add brown sugar to the space in the center of the Peeps, pressing gently to pack. 5. Gently add chocolate chips or M&Ms to the top of the canning jar. Seal jar with lid and sealer ring. 6. Steps:
- Crush your graham crackers to crumbs.
- Layer 2/3 of crumbs on the bottom of a 1 quart jar.
- Place your bunnies standing up and facing out on inside of jar.
- Press them against the glass but don't squash them.
- Carefully spoon the remaining crumbs into the center of jar to support the bunnies, pressing down to keep snug.
- On the top of this, pour the Easter M&M's.
- Spoon the brown sugar over the top of the M&M's, gently pressing with a spoon.
- Attach a gift card that says:.
- EASTER BUNNY S'MORES.
- Empty the jar contents into a bowl. Snip the bunnies into bits with kitchen sheers or cut with a knife. Return the bits to mixture and mix well.
- Melt 1/2 cup butter and add 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Pour this over the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Pat into a greased 9x9-inch pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
- Cool and cut into bars.
- ***Optional--You can leave the bunnies whole and lay them on top of mixture to bake.
