STRAWBERRIES & CREAM MUESLI BARS
I saw this on taste.com.au and just had to post it. Sound semi-naughty, semi-healthy and also uses brekky cereal so great for the stale bits at the end of the box.

Steps:
- Lightly spray a 27mm x 17mm pan with oil and line with baking paper.
- Combine muesli, rice bubbles, coconut, almonds and strawberries in a large bowl.
- Place milk and chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir over low heat until chocolate has melted.
- Pour chocolate into dry ingredients, mix until then press into prepared pan. Chill for 2 hours until firm. Cut into bars.
