Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  • For the crust: In a large bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Press into a 9-inch springform pan, pushing the crumbs up the sides. Put the pan in the freezer to chill.
  • For the filling: Microwave the chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl until melted, about 1 minute. Set aside.
  • Beat together the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs 1 at a time until well combined. Mix in the cream. Transfer 2 to 3 cups of the batter to a smaller bowl and stir in the melted chocolate mixture. Pour the remaining batter into the chilled crust. Drizzle in the chocolate batter and swirl with a knife.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 300 degrees F and bake until the outside is set and the very center just wobbles slightly, about another hour. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 30 minutes. Serve at room temperature or chilled.

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line 13x9-inch baking pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan. Mix cracker crumbs, 3 Tbsp. sugar and the butter; press firmly onto bottom of prepared pan. Bake 10 min.

  • Cool mixture.

  • Preheat oven to 150% Celsius.
  • Bottom layer:.
  • Mix strawberry jam and boiling water until smooth.
  • Dip each boudoir biscuit quickly in the above mixture place each dip biscuit into the bottom of a 24cm Loose-Bottomed Cake tin.
  • First layer.
  • Mix the cream cheese and yoghurt together, add the caster sugar and stir well.

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line the bottoms of three 8-inch cake pans with parchment paper; grease and flour the sides.
  • Puree whole strawberries in the bowl of a food processor or electric blender and set aside.
  • Mix flour, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl. Beat sugar and butter together in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add egg yolks one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract. Add flour mixture, alternating with buttermilk, beating well after each addition.
  • Beat egg whites in another large bowl with an electric mixer on high speed until peaks form. Gently stir into the batter.

  • Reduce oven temperature to 300°F.
  • Beat together cream cheese and 1 cup sugar in a bowl with an electric mixer at medium speed until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes. Reduce speed to low and add eggs 1 at a time, beating until incorporated. Beat in sour cream and vanilla until combined.
  • Pour two thirds of cream cheese filling into crust, then spoon half of lemon curd over filling and swirl curd into filling with a small knife. (Avoid touching crust with knife to prevent crumbs getting into filling.) Repeat with remaining filling and curd.
  • Bake cheesecake until set 1 1/2 inches from edge but center trembles when pan is gently shaken, about 45 minutes. (Center of cake will appear very loose but will continue to set as it cools.) Transfer springform pan to a rack and immediately run a knife around top edge of cake to loosen. Cool completely, about 2 hours, then chill, uncovered, at least 4 hours. Remove side of springform pan before serving.

  • • Crust (without filling) can be made 1 day ahead and kept, covered, at room temperature.

Steps:

  • Puree strawberries and cornstarch in blender. Heat in a saucepan over med. heat until thickened, then cool.
  • Combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
  • Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing at med. speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Pour half of the batter over crust then add half of the strawberry mixture by spoonfuls to the batter. Pour remaining batter into the pan then add the remaining strawberry mixture by spoonfuls. Swirl the mixture with a knife until it resembles a marbled effect.
  • Bake at 300°F for 50-60 minutes or until set. Allow cheesecake to cool in oven with door ajar for at least first 15 minutes, and then move to cooling rack. Allow cheesecake to cool completely then remove from rim of pan, running knife along edge of rim if necessary. Chill overnight before serving.
