Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°. Line 2 baking sheets with foil; coat with cooking spray., In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper. Add chicken wings, a few at a time; toss to coat. Divide wings between prepared pans. Bake 30 minutes., In a small bowl, combine honey, orange juice concentrate and ginger; brush over chicken wings. Bake until juices run clear, 25-30 minutes., Preheat broiler. Broil wings 4 in. from heat until lightly browned, 1-2 minutes. If desired, sprinkle with parsley.

- In a large bowl, combine the first 14 ingredients. Add chicken; turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight., Preheat oven to 375°. Drain chicken, discarding marinade. Transfer chicken to two greased 15x10x1-in. baking pans. Bake 35-45 minutes or until juices run clear.

SWEET GINGERED CHICKEN WINGS

Steps:
- In a bowl, combine flour, salt, paprika, and pepper.
- Coat chicken wings in flour mixture; shake off excess.
- Place wings on a large greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350*F.
- for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and drain.
- Combine honey, orange juice concentrate, ginger and soy sauce; brush generously over chicken wings.
- Reduce heat to 325*F.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until chicken tests done, basting occasionally with more sauce.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving if desired.
- Yield: 2 dozen.
SWEET AND STICKY CHICKEN WINGS
Steps:
- Put the chicken in a large resealable bag. Combine the soy sauce, lime juice, canola oil, honey, ginger, pepper flakes, garlic and onions in a large bowl and whisk to blend. Pour the marinade into the resealable bag and massage it into the chicken. Place in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 1 hour but not more than 2 hours total.
- Heat a grill to medium heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, place on a baking sheet lined with paper towels and pat the chicken dry. Pour the marinade into a small pot and reduce by half over medium-low heat, about 10 minutes. Set aside to brush on the chicken when grilling.
- Grill the chicken until the skin gets crispy, about 6 minutes. Flip, brush the cooked side with the reduced marinade and cook for another 6 minutes. Flip and brush again with the reduced marinade. Cook each side until nicely browned and slightly sticky, an additional 2 to 3 minutes per side. Transfer to a serving platter and serve.
SWEET CHILI-GLAZED CHICKEN WINGS

- Cut each chicken wing in half at joint. Mix oil, cilantro, soy sauce, 2 tablespoons garlic, ginger and 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper in large bowl. Add chicken wings and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Using tongs, transfer chicken wings to large baking sheet. Bake until cooked through and golden brown, about 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine vinegar, sugar, water, chili-garlic sauce, remaining 1/2 tablespoon garlic and remaining 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper in medium saucepan. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer until glaze mixture thickens to syrup consistency, about 20 minutes.
- Transfer baked chicken wings to large bowl. Pour glaze over; toss to coat. Place chicken wings atop steamed white rice. Sprinkle with green onions.
SPICY GINGER CHICKEN WINGS
These wings are sweet, spicy and sticky but if you're into the sweet ginger but don't like spicy, just leave out the serrano chilies. Make sure to test your chilies, 'cause there can be a lot of variation in heat!

- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Blot chicken wings dry with a paper towel.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl, and place the flour in another bowl. Dip chicken wings into the egg, then into the flour to lightly coat, shaking off the excess.
- Melt the margarine in a large skillet over medium high heat.
- Pan fry the chicken wings until well browned on all sides, about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, gently boil the cider vinegar, soy sauce, water, brown sugar, monosodium glutamate, salt, serrano chile peppers, and ginger in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened, 5 to 7 minutes.
- Toss the browned chicken wings in the sauce to coat, then transfer the wings to large baking dish with a slotted spoon. Reserve remaining sauce.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the chicken is no longer pink in the center, about 30 minutes, rotating and basting with the reserved sauce after 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on the chicken wings before serving.

- In a saucepan melt the butter; reduce the heat to low add the soy sauce, brown sugar, mustard and water. Cook and stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and cool. - Preheat oven to 475 degrees. In a small saucepan, whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, honey, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a simmer over medium-high and cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture thickens and is reduced by half, 30 minutes. Pour through a fine-mesh sieve into a large bowl; discard solids. You should have 2/3 cup sauce.
- Meanwhile, arrange chicken wings in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake until golden, crisp, and cooked through, 35 minutes. Drain fat from sheet and, with tongs, transfer wings to bowl with sauce. Toss until wings are coated and most of sauce is absorbed, about 3 minutes. - In a 9x13 inch casserole, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, oil, ginger, and garlic powder. Mix until brown sugar completely dissolves into the mixture. Place the chicken wings in the dish and turn them over until they are all well coated. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Turn the chicken again, after 2 hours.
