Steps:
- Stir pineapple, cottage cheese, and whipped topping together in a bowl; sprinkle gelatin mix over the top and stir until well-mixed. Refrigerate until chilled and set, at least 2 hours.

THANKSGIVING JELL-O SIDE DISH
Steps:
- Sprinkle small amount of Jell-O powder in Cool Whip and mix well. Do this for the rest of the dry Jell-O mixes.
- Add cottage cheese, pineapple and mandarins to the Cool Whip/Jell-O mixture and mix well. Can add chopped walnuts if you wish.
- Then refrigerate for several hours before serving.
