- Make 4 cups coffee using your preferred brewing method. Once coffee is ready, place 1/2 cup skim milk in a milk frother. Top each cup of coffee with frothed milk.

- In a heat resistant glass add the liquors and microwave until heated thru.
- Pour in the hot coffee and stir well. Top with the cream and sprinkle sugar on top. Serve immediately.

- Lightly whip the cream just so it's very slightly thickened, then set aside.
- Pour the hot coffee into a mug or heatproof glass, then add the whiskey and sugar. Stir until the sugar has dissolved. Gently float the cream on the top and sprinkle the nutmeg over the cream. Serve hot.
