YUMMY WAKE-UP SMOOTHIE

Yummy Wake-Up Smoothie image

Steps:

  • Place all of the ingredients in the blender and process on high speed until smooth, about 30 to 45 seconds.
  • Pour into glasses and serve.

3 large ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
1 cup washed strawberries, stem and hull removed (see pg. 000)
1/2 cup raspberries, or peeled and sliced kiwi (about 2 kiwis)
1 cup plain yogurt
1 1/4 cups orange juice
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup crushed ice

This is delicious and uses very little ingredients. I made it by just playing around in my kitchen. The frozen strawberries give it a great texture.

Steps:

  • First pulse strawberries in blender or food processer until not chunky anymore.
  • Then add the yogurt.
  • Once that's combined add protein powder, blend and ENJOY!
