- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave in 30-second intervals. Spread on a foil-lined baking sheet until about 1/4 inch thick.
- Top the white chocolate with blue sprinkles. Let set. Break into pieces.

- Line small baking sheet with foil. Melt chocolate chips in medium bowl over saucepan of simmering water, stirring until melted and smooth. Pour melted chocolate onto foil, spreading with offset spatula to thickness of scant 1/4 inch. Scatter nuts and dried fruit over chocolate. Sprinkle with ginger. Sprinkle with fleur de sel. Chill until chocolate is firm, about 30 minutes. Peel off foil. Cut chocolate into irregular pieces. Serve bark slightly chilled.

- Drop spoonfuls of white chocolate on top, and swirl chocolates with a skewer. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour. Break bark into large pieces.
- Bark will keep, covered and refrigerated, for up to two weeks.

CHOCOLATE CRUNCH BARK RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place crackers on a greased, parchment paper-lined baking sheet so that the entire surface is covered.
- In a saucepan, melt butter on low heat. Once melted, add brown sugar and turn heat to medium. Continue stirring until boiling, then boil for 3 minutes.
- Pour the caramel over the crackers, spreading evenly with a spatula.
- Bake for 5 minutes.
- Pour the chocolate chips over the crackers and cover with tin foil for 3 minutes.
- Remove the foil and spread the softened chocolate over the top evenly.
- Sprinkle with pecans, cover with foil, and freeze for 1 hour.
- Break the bark up into pieces.
- Enjoy!
