Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Add the beans; toss to coat. Transfer to a greased 3-cup baking dish. , Combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and butter; sprinkle over beans. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.

Steps:

  • In a casserole dish big enough to hold everything, pour the olive oil.
  • Add the green beans and toss well.
  • Add the bacon, onion, garlic and toss well.
  • Add the parmesan and toss well.
  • Bake 400 for 20 minutes.

1 (14 1/2 ounce) can green beans, drained
2 tablespoons chopped onions
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove, pressed (2 cloves turns out REALLY strong)

  • In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove to paper towels with a slotted spoon; drain. In the same skillet, saute onion in butter and oil until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Stir in wine; bring to a boil. Simmer, uncovered, for 5-8 minutes or until liquid is reduced by half., Add the green beans, salt, garlic powder and pepper; heat through. Stir in lemon juice and bacon.
