My husband and I love chili. This one is non-traditional but we loved the blend of spices. Very different. From Southern Living.

Steps:
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
- Add the first 8 ingredients; cook and stir continuously until the meat is browned; drain and return mixture to the pot.
- Add in the next 14 ingredients; stir to combine.
- Bring to a boil; cover, lower heat, and simmer 1 1/2 hours; stir occasionally.
- Serve hot, topped with shredded cheddar cheese.

Steps:
- Grate the zest of the lemon and lime into a resealable bag. Squeeze the juice from both fruits into the bag, and throw out the pulp and the seeds.
- Mix in everything else except the chicken and salsa.
- Drop in the chicken, reseal the bag, and refrigrate for a few hours.
- Grill the chicken, turning and basting with marinade a few times, for 10 to 15 minutes or until the center is no longer pink. Serve with salsa.

- Brown meat in oil and drain.
- Add remaining ingredients except cheese and simmer over low heat, or cook in a crockpot on low setting, for 3 hours.
- Shred meat with fork; drain excess liquid.
- Serve on tortillas with cheese.
BODACIOUS HAMBURGERS
These burgers are a real hit with my family and friends. The original recipe came from msn lifestyles section and after some tweaking, I believe I have perfected the grilled burger! Try it and let me know, I have never had a bad comment from anyone, even my picky children. Thanks and ENJOY! P.S. I just tried a little substitution last week..instead of the hot souce, try Chipotle peppers in Adobo sauce.....Excellent option! Great flavor and heat.

- In a food processor, combine garlic or onion, catsup, steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, cooking oil, and hot pepper sauce. Pulse until a semi smooth paste forms.
- In a medium mixing bowl combine ground beef, salt, and pepper, and paste from previous ingredients, mix well. Shape meat mixture into four 3/4-inch-thick patties.
- I like to let them sit in the fridge for an hour or so, while my charcoal grill heats to let the flavors meld through out the burgers.
- To Cook by Direct Grill Method: In a covered grill arrange preheated coals evenly. Test for medium heat above the rack. Place meat on the grill rack over coals. Cover and grill for 15 to 20 minutes or until instant-read thermometer inserted in side of burger registers 160°F, turning once halfway through grilling time.
- To serve, split and toast the buns on the grill. Serve patties in buns with cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and pickle, if desired. I like a little Thousand Island dressing too! Makes 4 servings.
- This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled to accommodate you crowd.

- Microwave first 3 ingredients until melted. Cool slightly.
- Beat cream cheese and 1/4 cup butter at medium speed until creamy. Gradually add 1/2 cup sugar. Add 2 eggs, 1 at a time. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla. Fold in 2 tablespoons flour and 1/2 cup chocolate morsels.
- In a separate bowl beat remaining four eggs and add 1 1/2 cups sugar. Add melted chocolate mixture and 2 tsp vanilla. Add 1 cup flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in remaining 1 cup chocolate morsels.
- Reserve 3 cups of chocolate batter. Pour remaining chocolate batter into a 13 X 9 inch greased pan. Pour cream cheese batter over this. Top with remaining chocolate batter. Swirl with knife.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
- Serve with caramel and chocolate sauce. Spread a thin layer of caramel sauce on bottom of plate. Place brownie square in center. With chocolate sauce squirt dots around brownie. Using a toothpick pull through to make a swirl design.
- Chocolate Sauce: Bring cream to boil in heavy sauce pan. Remove from heat. Add chocolate and stir until melted. Place in squirt bottle to swirl into caramel sauce.
- Caramel Sauce: Melt butter in heavy sauce pan over medium heat. Add sugar and stir constantly. After mixture boils, add cream and vanilla. Remove from heat.
