BOOMETTE'S DRINK
This is a concoction I made when my BF thought a drink was not enough potent. So this is for 2 drinks. Or 1 tall glass like a hurricane glass maybe.

Steps:
- Put everything in the shaker with ice.
- Shake and strain in 2 cocktail glasses or 1 hurricane glass.
- Can be garnish with a lime slice, orange slice or any fruit you want ;).

POMEGRANATE SANGRIA
Steps:
- Combine all ingredients in a pitcher, cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to 48 hours before serving. Serve over ice.
LAMBRUSCO SANGRIA

Steps:
- In a pitcher or punch bowl, combine the apples, oranges, orange juice, orange liqueur and Spiced Syrup; stir with a wooden spoon. Let sit for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to marry. Add the Lambrusco and club soda and stir to combine. Serve over ice.
- Combine 1/2 cup water and the sugar, cardamom, cloves and cinnamon sticks in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat to dissolve the sugar; cook for 2 minutes. Let cool completely, then strain. Refrigerate for up to 5 days.

- Place the fruit, sugar, and brandy in a 2 to 3 quart pitcher and stir to combine. Set in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours. Add the wine and stir to combine. Serve over ice.

- In a large pitcher, combine the Prosecco, orange juice, Mint Simple Syrup, lemon zest, and lime zest. Add the sliced strawberries, lemon slices, lime slices, and mint sprigs.
- Fill glasses with crushed ice and pour the sangria over the top. Serve immediately.
- In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, water, and mint over medium heat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved. Remove the pan from the heat and allow the syrup to cool for 20 minutes. Strain before using.

THE BEST SANGRIA
The longer sangria sits before drinking, the more smooth and mellow it will taste. A full day is best, but if that's impossible, give it an absolute minimum of two hours to sit. Use large, heavy, juicy oranges and lemons for the best flavor. Doubling or tripling the recipe is fine, but you'll have to switch to a large punch bowl in place of the pitcher. - Add sliced orange and lemon and sugar to large pitcher; mash gently with wooden spoon until fruit releases some juice, but is not totally crushed, and sugar dissolves, about 1 minute.
- Stir in orange juice, Triple Sec, and wine; refrigerate for at least 2, and up to 8, hours.
- Before serving, add 6 to 8 ice cubes and stir briskly to distribute settled fruit and pulp; serve immediately.

- Combine sugar and water in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until water is hot, 30 to 45 seconds. Stir until sugar dissolves into a syrup. Let cool.
- Transfer syrup to a large pitcher. Pour in Cabernet Sauvignon, brandy, and triple sec. Add apples, orange wedges, and orange juice. Squeeze juice from lemon wedges into the pitcher; add wedges to the pitcher. Refrigerate until flavors combine, 12 to 24 hours.
- Stir citrus-flavored soda into the sangria before serving.
