RAISIN BRAN BREAD
You won't even realize you're getting bran cereal in your diet when you sample this bread from Jean Daviau of San Jacinto, California. It is moist and slightly sweet from raisins.

Steps:
- In bread machine pan, place the first eight ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color and loaf size if available. , Bake according to bread machine directions (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or flour if needed)., Just before the final kneading (your machine may audibly signal this), add the raisins.

CASSEROLE BREAD
This is the greatest spoon casserole bread recipe I have ever made- This is from a friend of mine who is in home economics. When you make this bread your whole neighborhood will smell it.- don't be surprised if they come knocking at your door.

Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 375.
- 2. In a saucepan heat water, milk and oil, until very warm. Measure out flour.
- 3. In a large bowl combine warm liquid and 2 cups of the flour and remaining ingredients.
- 4. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand stir in remaining flour to make a stiff dough.
- 5. Add a little more if needed to make a stiff dough. But not tough.
- 6. Cover ; let rise in a warm place until light and double in size about 45-60 minutes.
- 7. Grease a 2 quart casserole that is deep and round or a 10 inch bundt pan. Stir down dough, and spoon into casserole.
- 8. Bake for 45-50 minutes- until golden brown and sounds hollow when lightly tapped on the bottom.
- 9. Brush with butter when on the cooling rack. If desired, sprinkle with coarse salt.
NO-KNEAD CASSEROLE BREAD

- In a large bowl, mix sugar, yeast, salt, pepper and 2-1/2 cups flour. In a small saucepan, heat water and butter to 120°-130°; stir into dry ingredients. Stir in 3/4 cup cheese, onion and remaining flour, forming a soft dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest 10 minutes., Shape dough into a ball; place in a greased 2-qt. round baking dish. Cover with a kitchen towel; let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°., Bake 40-45 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Cool in baking dish 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool., Freeze option: Securely wrap and freeze cooled loaf in heavy-duty foil. To use, thaw at room temperature.

BRAN CASSEROLE BREAD

- 1. In medium saucepan, mix water, milk, molasses, margarine, sugar and salt. Heat until margarine melts, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and stir in KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN cereal. Let stand until lukewarm. 2. In large bowl, sprinkle yeast over warm water. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir until yeast dissolves. Add cereal mixture and eggs. Beat well. Gradually add enough flour to make soft dough. Turn out onto floured surface and knead 10 minutes, until smooth. Place in clean, large mixing bowl coated with cooking spray. Coat surface with cooking spray. Cover and let rise in warm place 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until doubled in size. 3. Punch down dough. Shape into 2 round loaves and place in 2 round 1 1/2-quart casseroles dishes coated with cooking spray. With a sharp knife, cut an "x" into top of each loaf, cutting 1/2 inch deep. Cover and let rise in warm place 1 hour or until loaf is slightly higher than top of casseroles. 4. Bake in 375°F oven 45 minutes or until done. Remove and cool completely on wire rack.
