ORIENTAL HAMBURGER CASSEROLE
I have yet to try this, but based on the ingredients, I know I'm going to like it! (What can I say, I grew up with hot dishes and casseroles!) I think I'd actually top the dish with the chow mein noodles and then bake it. I like them better that way!

ASIAN WILD RICE CASSEROLE
Here's a fun way to jazz up wild rice. Soy sauce and chicken bouillon add plenty of flavor, while celery, mushrooms and water chestnuts help dress it up. "My husband and two adult children love this delicious side dish," comments Joyce Bodle, Enumclaw, Washington. "It's convenient, too, because you can make it a day ahead."

GROUND BEEF AND CABBAGE CASSEROLE
This is a proven family favorite. Tastes a lot like stuffed cabbage but much easier. If you do not tell them cabbage is included, they will not know what hit them until after they tell you they love it! Texas Pete® hot sauce is a good way to spice it up a bit on your plate.

RED CABBAGE CASSEROLE
Since I enjoy spending time with my guests rather than alone in the kitchen, this one's a favorite dish...I've served it with ham, pork and turkey. With its color and eye appeal, I call on it on special days like Christmas or Easter when I'm cooking for a crowd. I'd also recommend it for potlucks. Although my husband and I were "city kids" both born in Toronto, we have been farming since we were married. We have two grown daughters.

ASIAN VEGETABLE CASSEROLE/VEGGIE BAKE
I made this up while on a weekly organic vegetable box spree. The taste is rich and flavorful and the purple color from the cabbage is incredible. You can use any vegetables you want which makes this very accommodating to whatever is on hand. This reheats very well.
