Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom and sides of 9x5-inch loaf pan with shortening.
- In large bowl, stir together all ingredients except spinach thoroughly; beat with spoon 1 minute. Stir in spinach. Pour into pan.
- Bake 55 to 65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 20 minutes; remove from pan to cooling rack.

QUICK AND EASY SPINACH BREAD
If you like garlic and spinach, this one's for you! You can use it as an appetizer (sliced) or just cut in half and serve with pasta sauce for dipping. It makes a meal for two!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and saute until soft, about two minutes. Add spinach and cook until liquid has evaporated. Stir in salt, pepper, Parmesan and garlic powder. Remove from heat and let cool.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out pizza crust into a 10x14 inch rectangle. Spread spinach mixture and mozzarella cheese on top of dough. Starting from on end, roll up the crust to make one large loaf. Pinch seam to seal. Place loaf onto prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown.

Steps:
- In Skillet, saute bread crumbs in butter until golden brown; remove from heat, stir in parmesan cheese, set aside to keep warm.
- Cook spinach as per directions on package omiting the salt in a saucepan.Drain.
- Return spinach to saucepan. Add eggs, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, onion, salt, and pepper mixing well. Cook over medium heat stirring until the cheese is melted and mixture thickens.
- Turn into heated serving dish; sprinkle bread crumbs over top.
- Serve Immediately.
CHEESY CREAMED SPINACH
This is a recipe for a delicious and cheesy creamed spinach. It's easy and tastes much better than any store bought or frozen versions. I made it for Thanksgiving and it was great!

- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add spinach and cook until wilted, stirring constantly. Remove from the skillet and drain in a colander. Try to squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
- Melt the butter in the skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and onions; cook and stir until tender, about 5 minutes. Add the spinach and stir in the heavy cream. Sprinkle in the provolone cheese and stir to melt and coat the spinach. Once the provolone has melted, stir in the Parmesan cheese and continue to cook and stir until thickened. CREAMY CHEESY SPINACH DIP
This recipe doesn't contain mayo or sour cream like most, so it's very cheesy and very delicious. I'm asked for the recipe every time I make it. For those who don't want a strong cheese like Cheddar, you can replace it with anything you like or even leave it out altogether. I like adding the Cheddar because it adds color and a little more flavor.

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease a 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish with 1 teaspoon olive oil.
- Heat 2 teaspoons olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Cook and stir onion and garlic in hot oil until lightly browned, 4 to 7 minutes. Add spinach and simmer until spinach is hot, about 5 minutes. Drain any liquid from the mixture and transfer to a bowl.
- Pour milk into pot and return pot to medium heat. Melt cream cheese into the milk; cook and stir together about 3 minutes. Return spinach mixture to pot with 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese; stir to combine. Season the mixture with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. EASY, BREEZY, CHEESY STUFFED BREAD (DOMINO'S® COPYCAT RECIPE)
This cheesy stuffed bread is crispy on top, chewy inside and very cheesy, but beware... it's very dangerous. You can get addicted! - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a large baking sheet.
- Roll dough out into a large rectangle on a flat work surface. Brush with 3 tablespoons melted butter and sprinkle with cornmeal. - Warm 1/4 cup of the reserved spinach liquid to just above 100F (105 to 115, ideally).
- Stir the yeast and sugar into the warm spinach liquid, let stand until foamy, 10 minutes.
- Add remaining 1/2 cup spinach liquid, feta cheese, oil, spinach, and nutmeg and stir thoroughly.
- Mix the flour and salt and stir into the spinach mixture.
- Knead on a floured surface or in a Mixmaster until dough is well marbled, 8 to 10 minutes. Add more flour, if the dough is sticky, but it is okay if it is slightly moist. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover tightly with plastic wrap, and let rise until doubled, 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours.
- The dough may be even wetter after rising because of the spinach. Pour the dough onto a well-floured work surface and flour the top of the dough if necessary. Shape into a loaf and place on a lightly oiled bread pan. Cover with a towel and let rise until doubled, about 45 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 425°F Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat to 400F and bake the loaf 30 to 35 minutes.
- Cool completely on a rack.

- Hollow out top of bread by cut along the inside leaving about an inch of sides and bottom. Take out the inside bread. With the remaining bread, pinch into bite size pieces.
- Mix all of the ingredients together and fill the bread bowl.
- Place the filled loaf on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle the top with more Parmesan cheese. .
- Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Serve warm with remaining bread pieces.
