Chocolate Streusel Bars Recipes

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350. Grease 13x9 baking pan. Stir together flour, sugar and cocoa in large bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add egg; mix well. Set aside 1 1/2 cups mixture. Press remaining mixture onto bottom of prepared pan. Bake crust 10 minutes. Meanwhile, place sweetened condensed milk and 1 cup chocolate chips in medium microwave-safe bowl; stir. Microwave at medium 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirring; pour over crust. Add nuts and remaining chips to reserved crumb mixture. Sprinkle over top. Bake an additional 25 to 30 minuted or until center is almost set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.

• Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth.
• Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Pour over prepared crust. Celsius.
• ombine nuts with reserved crumb mixture. Sprinkle evenly over cheese mixture.
• Bake 25 minutes or until bubbly.
• Cool and cut into bars.
• Store covered in refrigerator.

• Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, whisk together first five ingredients; cut in butter until fine crumbs form (mixture will be powdery). Reserve 1/2 cup mixture for topping. Lightly press remaining mixture into an 8-in. square baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake just until set, 8-10 minutes., Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in milk. Add egg and vanilla; beat just until blended. Pour over crust. Bake 15 minutes., Sprinkle reserved topping over filling. Bake until filling is set, 5-10 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack. Store in refrigerator.
