French Vanilla Coffee Creamer Recipes

Steps:

• Combine half-and-half, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract together in a container with a lid; cover container and shake vigorously until creamer is smooth.

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well (or in a mason jar and stir up sweetened condensed milk as it will settle at the bottom, and then put lid on it and shake like crazy!). Store in the fridge. Will keep for approximately two weeks.
• Variations:
• a) Add 1 Tbsp cocoa and 1 tsp almond extract for a chocolate almond flavor.
• b) Add 1 tsp almond extract and 1/2 tsp orange extract for cappuccino.
• c) Add 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp almond extract for amaretto.
• d) Add specialty flavor syrups (from specialty coffee shops and the like) as needed for additional flavors.
• Please note that so far I've only tried the vanilla - and it's wonderful!

• Pour evaporated milk into a small saucepan; add vanilla extract. Stir in sweetener. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, to allow alcohol in extract to cook off, 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from the burner and let cool before using, or place in an airtight container and refrigerate.

Using the tip of a sharp knife, scrape seeds from the center into a small saucepan; add bean., Add remaining ingredients to pan; cook and stir over medium heat until heated through, 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat; let stand, covered, 15 minutes to allow flavors to blend., Discard vanilla bean. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 4 days. Stir before using.
